I had a truly wonderful check-in and check-out experience at St. Regis Macau thanks to the excellent service provided by Miss Meko Chow. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and attentive. She thoughtfully arranged a beautiful room with a lovely view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Meko also kindly offered me a late check-out, which I really appreciated. What impressed me most was her personal touch—during my departure, she even escorted us all the way to the bus station, ensuring everything went smoothly. Her genuine care and exceptional hospitality made my stay memorable. Thank you, Meko, for going above and beyond—I look forward to returning to St. Regis Macau again! Also, I had a wonderful dining experience at The Manor. The staff (Miss Cindy) were attentive, warm, and made us feel very welcome. Service was smooth and thoughtful, which really enhanced the meal. Truly a great team that matches the elegance of the restaurant!

Horrible! Could not change to a twin-bed room even after we requested hard at the reception. In the afternoon there was unbearable noice from the refurbishing work on 4-6 floors. The reception staff seemed to purposely put my wife and me on a room on the 7th Floor where the work noice was so annoying. They totally ignored us being long time patrons of the hotel. For the past few years we always stayed at Rio Hotel but after this trip- no more please!

Everything was just perfect. The team is very co-operative They arranged complimentary set-up for our anniversary. They changed the room to high floor cotai view as wished . Very smooth check in . One of the best hotels I have ever had . Thanks Joseph. Thanks Jackly.

I like the hotel room especially with the lights etc always on even if we went off with the room access card. The toilet is fantastic and room is clean with no haunted feeling. I hope to get the same room when I come Macau with my husband in Feb 2026 again.

The room service for the second day was not done which I am quite upset.... The staff who serve in Chelsea restaurant was quite rude. Can't remember her name actually. And the quality of the food serve in Chelsea restaurant was quite disappointed.

Very friendly staff around the hotel and Andaz Kitchen. Plentiful supplies, coffee machine, bottled water, good choice of showers, very good buffet breakfast, hotel being centrally located.

It was a high floor room, as we have requested, with river view at the side of the window, but the glass walls of opposite buildings were quite closed blocking the view of the majority of the big window.

Close proximity to places of interest. Room is well maintained. The yum cha is excellent and yummy. Staff is helpful too.
