The location was excellent. It was right next to sukhbaatar square and there were good options just next to our hotel. Walking distance to the museums and shops.

The hotel was very run down. The showerhead broke but as it was already night time when we checked in, we didn't want the hassle of changing rooms so we ended up washing our hair under the tap. Breakfast was served in our room and it was OK. Communication was also OK since there was an English speaking staff. 1 night here was fine but I wouldn't stay longer.

They don’t ever clean the rooms regardless of how many days you are staying. And generally you will find them dirty even the first day you enter.

AVOID. The host is cheating. Writing on whatsapp and increasing the price from 13 to 25$. Avoided to comunicate on booking messages Actually they sell a bed in a dorm for cheaper. Many mistakes on the listing. No private bath. Shared room or you have to pay double price. Forcing me to cancell the booking. She did not cancell the booking and ask me to do that. Not fair. So try to AVOID it.
