The place was great and far beyond my expectations! The host was friendly, he welcomed us and introduced us the supermarket nearby. The room was clean and big, it comes with wardrobe, a dining table, two beds and enough sockets & USB ports. The kitchen and the bathroom were very clean, with all essential kitchen appliances. Will definitely stay here again if I come to Interlaken next time!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel, although on the small side, was clean and comfortable. It is on the outskirts of Luxebourg city but transport was frequent and not a problem. Breakfast was sufficient, the hotel room was adequate but bath cubicle was on the small side. Thank you.

The bath cubicle was small and the room could have been larger. However, all went well and there is nothing to complain.

Room was a nice size, modern and came with a free rubber duck in the bathroom. Breakfast was ample buffet style. Restaurant was very nice, we were travelling with a larger group so had pre-ordered the food; worked well and food was very nice.

When checking in they asked if I wanted to pay for the room or put a deposit down, I opted for the deposit since I was probably going to add some drinks etc to the room and then sort out the bill in the morning.. Given that the room was about £100, the deposit they put a hold on from the bank was £250. Annoyingly the bar nor restaurant wouldn't let me put any drinks/food on the room anyway so what was the option for ? When I checked out in the morning the difference was refunded to the account and only the room amount was actually taken. Seems a strange way to do things.

Location is right opposite the train station and tram station. Supermarket is a stone throw away. Recep staff are so friendly always smiley faces. The room is comfortable good size with complete amenities including slippers.

As usual, near train station the people hanging around seems more rowdy

Great hotel with an exceptional spa. We spent 2 nights with my daughter. Castle is amazing. Heated swimming pool outside. Great breakfast

The price and the space in the room. It is a decent room for the price, it’s a shame the room was dirty.

The room was filthy, there was hair everywhere. We had to use a sanitizer spray to clean the shower before using it.
