We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was small but very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed, including a nice balcony. The location is perfect — just a short walk from the waterfront and close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant. Great value for money and a welcoming atmosphere.

It looks exactly like the photos. Customer service is amazing they answered all my questions immediately without any delay and they provided me with all the informations that i might need even before checking in. If i'm visiting Batroun again and i want a place to stay i'll book there.

Pool and access to the beach was very nice and the staff was incredible.

Although the property is beautiful it is overpriced. For that price l expect more amenities in the room such as tea pot and coffee. Water should be provided on a daily basis at this price. The Garden view room also doesn’t really give out to a garden but rather the parking lot of another building.
