I actually wasn’t so keen on this hotel and felt it was expensive for what it was. We had been travelling in different 5* hotels for a month and this was definitely the worst hotel of our trip - it is 4* at best. The swimming pool situation (having to book in advance) was crazy and it meant that you couldn’t be casual with your plans, it was even overcrowded with the booking system. I didn’t particularly like the location and there’s not much around to walk to, although it is near the subway. The staff barely spoke English and were not friendly. The concierge team on the ground floor were much nicer. The bar was not good at all, overpriced, without atmosphere and we had to repeatedly ask for things. The bed/pillows were too firm for my liking. The windows let in a lot of noise.

This hotel was absolutely brilliant. Clean, modern, excellent staff and in a perfect location. We took 3 rooms, our one was a 1 bedroom residential suite which was fabulous, great facilities, loved the bathroom with a Great Lake view. Exceptionally comfortable bed. The bar on the top floor was excellent and the staff so nice and helpful, they went above and beyond in terms of customer service. This is a perfect location for us and we will definitely be back.

If I was nit-picking, the only minor issue was that even though the room had blackout curtains, unfortunately the top of the curtains had a gap and let in light early in the morning which woke us up. I prefer a room to be totally dark.

The neighborhood was actually perfect. Plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities to do. Public transportation was also just around the corner. The host was incredibly friendly and caring; we received some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit that were definitely worth it. For visitors who are going out all day, this place is the perfect place to stay. Simple, clean, and friendly—you don't need anything more.

The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the little visitor in our room, a cockroach, luckily only one day out of the five we were there.

It's very close to the Hongdae entrance area, and there are restaurants and things to do in front of the hostel, so it's convenient to hang out, especially shopping! The room is clean and the host is very friendly and helped me a lot during my stay. I would definitely stay here again when I come to Korea. I highly recommend it.

Loved the property. Close to Seoul station, easy to find, key pickup was effortless and the host was very responsive. Close to several restaurants and convenience stores. Room was a good size with lots of kitchenware available for use and bathroom was clean and easy to use. Beds were very comfortable and everything was pretty great.

It’s a good place to stay while you are traveling in Seoul, the location close to the downtown and it’s easy to get to airports (both GMP and ICN). The bed is big enough and you don’t need to make your bed by yourself, it’s all done when i arrived. The staff is friendly, the front desk helped me a lot, I appreciated it!!!!

The stairs from the first floor to the second floor don't seem to be very strong. They can be reinforced.

Fabulous hotel, in a great location on Hyundae beach, we had a wonderful beach view in all of our three rooms. The beds were comfortable, the shower was excellent. It was clean, modern and great cleaning each day. Chinese inside the hotel was very nice.

Bar closing times - super annoying that they stop serving drinks one whole hour before the advertised closing time. From about 8pm onwards the staff are constantly checking their watches and obviously counting down the time until closing. If a bar closes at 11pm, you should still be able to order a glass of wine at 10pm, it doesn’t take very long to drink! Other than this, it was an excellent hotel.

Nice property but the elevator system doesn’t cope well with the high occupancy rate of the building. It may take up to 7-8 min to catch an empty lift.
