The Hotel is perfectly located and well connected to the airport. You can get to the domestic terminal in less than 10 minutes by car and in less than 15 minutes by public transportation. The hotel has a great parking space, but is very limited, so if you want to use it write to the staff in advance or get to the hotel early. The room is quite spacious and the hotel is perfectly clean

We had some room issues during our staying, for example fridge was not working well, even when turned on by both switches it didn’t cool off and we had to throw away part of our breakfast. Secondly, this is the first Apa hotel where the part of the staff was speaking few to little English. We had a great interaction with the night staff, and they were fluent and helpful. However in the morning, when we checked out, we had a hard time as we tried to explain the room issues to the conciergerie.

It felt like a privilege to be able to have the opportunity to stay in a 350 year old gassho house in this beautiful village. We had a comfortable night there with a gracious host providing a delicious and plentiful supper and breakfast with lots of choice. The property also gave us the option to pay by cash or card and has WiFi too - not mentioned on the Booking.Com website

Comfortable, spotlessly clean, fabulous views from the room, spacious room, delicious breakfast with lots of choice and helpful staff. We really enjoyed our two nights here, using the shuttle bus in to explore the town and eat out in the evening, using the beautiful onsen during the afternoon when it was almost empty

Very good business stay hotel, located very close to KIX airport. The check-in and check-out were very fast. Moreover, the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. Nice services and comfortable stay.

This was an amazing hotel. The staff were incredible and looked after our every need. We stayed half board and the dinners were absolutely delicious. We loved every minute of our stay here.
