The counter staff was very friendly. She gave a detailed briefing about the surrounding area. She did not hesitate to let us use the water kettle and borrowed the universal adapter upon our requested. Another lady at the counter also permitted us to borrow it for the whole trip when we return them on the 09 Aug 25. The mutual trust was magnificent. Thank you very much.

The washing basin is too small. Water spilled out on the floor while washing up yourself.

Amazing apartment located in Keflavík downtown only 10 mins drive (taxi) from the airport. Fully equiped, clean and cozy place. The owners are extremely polite and nice people. Will definitely stay in again if the place is available when we are traveling. I highly recommend this place for families.

Location was great, close to the bus terminal. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen and dining room were spacious

When entering the front door I didn’t see the floor map, so had to bring the luggage up and down to find my room. It could be better if the owner includes the floor of my room in the arrival message

This hotel had everything I needed and was close to the centre, I was happy with my experience

Small sink in the bathroom and the water from the shower was everywhere…

Dirty room, ancient mattresses, trashed walls and ceilings. This should not be rented out and is just pure greediness, to rent out such a room before proper fixing it.
