It was a great stay and everything was excellent at the hotel and all the staff were friendly and wonderful I thank my brother Rami and Mustafa who were wonderful in the good reception and thank everyone for the good handling. And it's not my first visit, not my last.

The property itself is elegant and well-maintained. One of the reception staff members, Akam, was particularly professional and kind—he handled everything with great care and made me feel welcomed.

When I tried to arrange an early check-in, the communication from the staff( except Akam who was amazing) I contacted felt vague and lacking in empathy. I understand that granting early check-in can be difficult, but a warmer and clearer response would have reduced the stress—especially since I was waiting on the day of my wedding. Additionally, for a king room at this price, I expected more in-room amenities. The fridge contained only water, which felt disappointing for such a premium booking.
