Positive section of review
Communication with the host was very easy, they always replied quickly, and the check-in process was simple. The photos matched exactly what we found upon arrival, and we truly had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic – everything you could wish for is nearby: shops, restaurants, bars, and attractions. The host also gave us excellent recommendations for dining, which really helped. In short, I highly recommend staying here.

The only thing to note is that there is a bar below the apartment, so there might be some noise until around midnight or 1 a.m. It didn’t bother us at all, but it’s good for future guests to be aware. After midnight, it’s completely quiet.

Wonderful apartment with it's own parking space right in front of the house. Fantastic location about 18 mins walk from the old town. Very quiet area. Apartment was fully equipped with everything you possibly need for a short stay. The host Gordana was excellent at keeping in touch and made our check-in very easy and seamless. Fantastic value for money and we would surely return again.

The location was excellent, close to everything you might need. In the garden, right outside our apartment window, we had our own drying rack and a small table with two chairs – a perfect spot to relax outdoors. The host was extremely friendly and always helpful, promptly assisting us with anything we needed. Overall, we were very pleased with this accommodation.

A bit more storage space for clothes would be helpful; even an extra hanger could make a difference. It would also be useful to have a mop and a broom in the room, as after a few days the floor tends to get dirty, especially when coming back from the beach with sand and wet shoes.

The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and the water in the swimming pool sparkling. The welcome by Ivan and his daughter was an unexpected delight. The host Ivan is very interesting, full of information, and went above and beyond to make our holiday extra special. We would definitely return. Thanks for a fantastic week!

Dario, the owner, is very friendly and kind-hearted. You can easily contact him because he lives on the first floor of the apartment. This is tremendously reassuring. You can easily make access to the apartment without struggling to climb stairs. Tourist attractions and supermarkets are very close. Highly recommended.

This hotel serves a healthy breakfast . If you are travelling on the buses from other towns then this hotel is 6 minutes walk from the main bus staion in Zadar, Very convieniant to get the airport shuttle as well. It's got a beautiful beachfront and 25 mins walk to the old town.
