The name says it all – Like Home! A beautiful, spacious apartment with three tastefully decorated bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is clean, practical, and arranged with love and style. You feel both on holiday and at home at the same time. The host is very friendly, polite, and always available if needed. A truly perfect stay on Crete!

Don’t say 5star, you can only offer a 4star experience, Don’t let any strangers without tags use your sun beds and facility. You should watch the Great Britain kids,they drink with the mouth from the soda machines,order souvlaki and crepes and cocktails just to throw them away… The sun beds should be extra and should have numbers for booking them. Your gym is a joke Your parking is always fool with people washing rental cars I believe Our first day we had to sleep in another hotel because you told us there is no available room… we had a booking for 12 days from January… This was not acceptable

Dear Tzekos Villas Management, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent stay at Tzekos Villas from Saturday 30th of August to the 2nd of September. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to multiple issues that were not addressed during my stay. Firstly, the air conditioning in my room was broken. The remote did not connect to the unit, which meant we were unable to control the temperature or the fan. As our bed was located on the second level of the room, all the heat rose upstairs, making it very uncomfortable and too hot to sleep. We reported this issue in three separate times, yet nothing was resolved. On the second night, I spoke to a staff member who admitted he could not fix the issue but would check the manual. Later, another staff member working the night shift also failed to connect the remote and promised it would be fixed the next day — which never happened and was useless to us as we were leaving. That staff member witnessed us dragging the mattress down from the upper level and having to sleep on the couch and floor due to the unbearable heat. He even said he feels sorry for us and it’s not nice to see in his hotel. As a result, I am suffering from severe neck pain from sleeping on the couch, which I am now forced to treat during the rest of my holiday. This is wholly unacceptable. When I raised my concerns at checkout, the receptionist was neither concerned nor apologetic. Instead, she charged me an additional €43 for lunches without acknowledging the significant discomfort and distress caused during my stay. If one of my guests had experienced this, I would never have taken further payment — I would have done everything possible to make the situation right. In addition, I feel the property was falsely advertised on Booking.com. We booked a double room with a volcano view, but the room we received was not as depicted in the photos.
