The apartment looks like the pictures. I like the brown touch. It is clean and comfortable. The host was welcoming and gave me the right directions for check in. He was also virtually available to assist me the entire duration of my stay.

The TV seems to be hanging. I could barely navigate it. It did not have Netflix for visitors too. The bathroom floor needs a mat for someone to wipe their feet when they are out of the bathroom. It was always wet due to no mat.

First, They should not use Hilton name which is abusing the international reputation of known brand Hilton, although the representative of Essence apartment was kind and very customer friendly.

The people were very friendly

The facilities were okay. location was good but the place was very dirty. I ended up employing my own cleaner, and it was okay. the place was full of mosquitoes. 3 or 4 times , there was no electricity and water but the people were very friendly. I would not like to stay there next time.
