Great hotel and staff. Had booked 3 nights in the Britannia (big mistake) and could only hack two so booked here for my last night as I've stayed before. Great value hotel and a stones throw from Piccadilly train station. Always enjoy my stays here.

Close to The Royal Marsden hospital. Bed was very comfortable, but also very small so it was a difficult sleep.

Tired flooring, mouldy looking, some pieces coming up. Bathroom was dated and scuffed - under sink storage was tired and laminate blown. Tapware had a lot of limescale and shower was from the 80s. Needs a refresh. No grab rails from the bath.
