Outstanding location! For a place that's very near Gran Via, Calle Canalejas, the Puerta del Sol, and the theaters and museums in the Barrio de las Letras, we think it was very well located. It was also just across amazing restaurants, and beside convenience stores like Carrefour Express. We enjoyed walks to the Prado and to the Palacio Real de Madrid. Really enjoyed staying in such a beautiful and well-appointed apartment! Communication was also very easy. We had easy access to the apartment building and our own room with the virtual keys and codes, but at the same time felt safe and secure even without the reception / concierge services in traditional hotels.

We would have loved a safe / deposit box in the room - but didn't mind locking our valuables in our luggage everyday.

We booked the hotel owing to its proximity to my son's school at the Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Such an easy walk to the surrounding attractions in the area and definitely a good base to explore the Old City as bus stops were near enough. It is also near enough malls like Saler and El Corte Ingles, and for us especially, an ideal location to check out apartments in locations near enough school such as Montolivet and Rufasa. El Bar was also a few steps away - a great place to have breakfast, being that it opened as early as 7 am. Clean rooms!

Quite a small room, which I think is typical of hotel rooms in the areas. If you have a lot of luggage, it will be a challenge opening the larger ones (not enough floor space).

Location was ideal for our purpose. Beautiful old apartment which was recently renovated. It was such a joy to be welcomed by the host and her mother!

Quite a challenge if you have a lot of luggage, as you'll have to carry them up a flight of narrow stairs.

Emi is a great host! We loved our stay and hope to go back again soon. The location was perfect for us, as was the apartment. :)
