The apartment is much bigger than it looks in the photos and extremely comfortable. It actually has two balconies: the terrace shown in the pictures and another one connected to the bedroom, which is very bright and full of natural light. The bathroom is not as small as it appears online, and the kitchen is excellent — fully equipped with everything you need. The air conditioning works very well, but thanks to the cross ventilation, you often don’t even need to use it. The terrace offers a beautiful view, and the elevator works perfectly. The apartment is also very quiet, with no noise from the street or neighbours, and the bed is very comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment.

We stayed in this apartment for three nights in Madrid and had a wonderful experience. The place was clean, comfortable, and well located, perfect for exploring the city. Everything worked smoothly and we felt at home right away. The owner is a very kind and welcoming woman she made sure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality really made our stay special. Highly recommended!

✨ Perfect apartment! Everything is impeccable: the decoration is modern and cozy, and the cleanliness is spotless. The location is ideal, just a few steps from the sea 🌊. The owner is very welcoming and kind, always available if needed. A big plus: the private parking space 🚗. I highly recommend it, a perfect stay guaranteed!

Had a great stay in the heart of Las Americas. Amazing views right from the top, clean modern place, with separate bedroom and shower. Everything you need on your doorstep and lovely balcony to relax on when needed. Can be noisy at night, but with both patio doors closed and air con on can hardly hear a thing. 10/10

The staff was very helpful, cleaning was done daily. The location is close to the tourist areas, the area is quiet and safe.

I didn't like it because in the room where I stayed there was no wardrobe for clothes and only some clothes hangers placed about 2 meters high and I had to climb on a chair to put my clothes on the hanger. I had to keep the clothes in the troller and that wasn't very nice, especially since I stayed in that hotel for 11 nights. Because of this I was very disappointed.

The food, breakfast and dinner buffet were fine. Nothing fanny or special about it in my opinion. The hotel, overall looks good. What i don't like is that there are molds on shower 's floor even the hotel is pretty new so it is the issue of cleaning. And there is no plastic bags in the trash bins.

Couldn’t rate this property more highly! Sybille and her team made sure everything is exceptional! This stay was the highlight of our holiday - the finca is so immaculate and every detail was thought about. Sybille goes above and beyond in every way! Anything we needed she provided. The breakfast each morning was superb, the pool area gorgeous and the closest town - Ses Salines just a five minute drive away is so gorgeous for an evening meal. The best beaches on the island are only a 15-20 minute drive away. We’d recommend this beautiful oasis to anyone looking to have the authentic Mallorca experience away from the tourist resorts.

Nothing not to like but if I had to pick one thing it would be the pillows - they weren’t great and it would have been nice to have a queen top sheet on the queen bed. But, these were such minimal things for such a fabulous stay!
