I've reached out to room around 2 o'clock and the room was freshly cleaned the floor was even wet .. locker was open and no towels nor toilet paper , took a while to complete that .. and the air conditioner was making noise like hell , called the reception and they sent me the guy who fixed that but sill have some noise .. tolerable but not comfortable .. food was the same almost the whole Saty . 4 days started to feel backache from the second night .. beds are not comfortable at all

The accommodation is located right on the Nile and is designed in the style of a small Nubian village. There is a delightful interplay of stairways, steps, and ramps winding around and partly over the rocks, all brightly decorated — a feast for the eyes and a wonderful example of harmonious architecture that draws on historical elements, embraces Nubian culture, and translates modernity into the contemporary.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa and very suitable for big family. The place met our expectations and offered good value for money, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience for us. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed, who was very helpful and supportive throughout our stay. He followed up on every detail and made sure we felt completely at ease. He responded imimmediately to our inquiries.

it would be even better if the furniture were more modernized, the kitchen tools upgraded, and the villa kept a bit cleaner however the current setup is satisfying

The beach is not good. The beach is not the same as photos. There were rocks in the sea, there was a black seaweed which makes the sea waves black.

I didn't like the front desk administration manual procedure , there was no flexibility and long process for check in , payment in dollars ( consulting the finance department every time, kept waiting for approval !! ) . _ Elevators weren't clean !?
