Positive section of review
Nice & charming little apartment. Very good location in the centre. Free parking on the property is a big bonus during summertime. The old brick walls give it character. Kitchen is nice but there's no oven and no vent. So the smell of the food will linger in the air when you cook. Capsule coffee machine is very convenient. The livingroom is comfy with nice views from the windows. Ther's a big sofabed (no separate bedroom). TV has all the apps etc. Wifi works well (the password is under the digibox).

This is a great little basement apartment. Plenty of space for a short stay. The bed was comfy, the apartment was clean and the shower was good. Underfloor heating in the bathroom felt very nice! Bonus points for having a washing machine available! Short walk to the Balti Jaam train station and to the city centre's attractions.

No means of drying clothes. I didn't use the washing machine, as there's no means to dry the clothes. I was going to put my clothes over the radiator to dry, but I couldn't work out how to turn the radiator on. I pressed every button on the boiler, but the radiator wouldn't come on. I'm sure if I'd asked the host, they would have told me. Instead I used a public laundrette nearby, with drying facilities. Only other issue was trying to open the front door. I think the key or lock is starting to wear out, as several times when exiting or entering, I was turning the key in the lock and it simply wasn't engaging the locking mechanism. Once it took me about 10 minutes of constantly turning the key in the lock before the locking mechanism engaged and opened the door. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but this happened several times???

A nice apartment in a good location. Spacious, with everything needed, and a dedicated parking space. Beautifully decorated and clean apartment. It was quite warm inside. The yard was tidy and well maintained. The gate to the courtyard opened by calling, which was easy and convenient.

Unfortunately, we had to wait half an hour to get in. It would be good if the instructions were sent to the customer well in advance in the future. For a moment, we even suspected a scam when we couldn’t reach the host. The host apologized sincerely, and in the end all was well :)

Fantastic mini-apartment. Spotlessly clean, well presented, very comfortable bed and great shower. Good location too, just a short walk into Tartu centre. Free-to-use onsite laundry facilities were very welcomed.
