Positive section of review
Location itself was just like other places in Punta Cana hotels area. But whole vibe like green grass, palm trees, villas directly if front of the beach was amazing. We loved the beach area, it was clean, well maintained and secured by security guards so no other than guest from Beach village could use it. Whole garden is really chilled and beautiful. Security guards polite and always happy to great us!

Some parts of the beach village have seen better days. Like pool and the area around it. We didn’t spend ther a minute so it didn’t bothered us. Small parts in the rooms would need updating as well like shower handles etc but in general it was usable.

Very cosy hotel and cute bungalows. The area is quiet yet located 5 min walk from the beach and from bars/restaurants. Breakfast is varied (fruit, eggs, milk/coffee, pancakes, home made jam) and has good portions. Gabi, the hotel manager, was very kind and helpful and can provide tailored recommendations.

The bungalows don’t really have blinds and they are not soundproof (like other accommodations in Las Terrenas/DR) so as light sleeper you can easily be woken up by the light or by a car passing by in the morning. The hotel provides eye mask and ear plugs.

I loved everything. Everyone is so sweet and accommodating. It is all inclusive, except for the spa. But all the food and drinks. It was my birthday, and I felt so special. My room was clean. Everything was simple too navigate. The staff keeps you involved, and is very helpful. I loved it.

Apartament was ok. Facilities was enough for longer reservations, some bars around. the view of the Caribbean Sea and the sunrise was beautiful.

The hotel is stunning – highly innovative, impeccably clean and organized, welcoming, and clearly designed with great attention to every detail.

They forgot that this was our honeymoon, so nothing special was arranged, not even a greeting upon arrival (despite the fact that we mentioned it in the reservation and it was confirmed). In addition, considering the high standard of the hotel, I must note that the service provided by the staff did not reflect this level – some of the employees were even unpleasant.

Virtually no beach access due to not removing sea weed. Food is pretty bad quality. Some times it looks like the pastries and flakes are months old! Pool is small to accommodate all the guests so it was always crowded. AC in the room was very weak and I wasn’t able to sleep due to the heat. Room door opens after swiping many times.
