It was fabulous. Spotlessly clean, decent size room. Our dog was catered for with food bowls and a blanket. Staff very helpful. Breakfast excellent choices.

Only downer was we had to eat our breakfast outside as dogs were not allowed into the restaurant. The lobby area where we could have eaten , chairs were too low for my husband who had mobility issues. Would have been nice to have area in restaurant sectioned off for families with dogs.

There is no internet connection in rooms, only in cafeteria, reception and lounge. The room is spartan, with a clean soulless design without distracting amenities such as a fan, tv, or picture of a tearful cat. The absurd design of the clothes cupboard ensures a knock on the head or a smack in the shin, depending on which of the two doors one opens; both have warning signs of this liability. It may be a lesson in mindfulness.

The lift is small. When we check out with the luggage , the cleaners occupied the lift,. It feels like poor management.
