Positive section of review
Very comfortable bed, large shower, easy late check in, you have everything you might need in the room and free parking in front. I received detail information regarding selv check in and breakfast. The hotel is close to high way, yet it's private and quite. I would come again.

There are many trees around the hotel and a lake nearby, so naturaly lights on and open window mean an invitation for insects.

As a single traveller with private car (I chose this location because it is not far from Expo) a good non-expensive option. But it had a fridge. Communal bathrooms and WC really okay. Parking (which normally is a mess all over Prague) was acceptable.

The location was amazing. We also booked a larger room with balcony and view directly over the Kafka statue, very nice. Also soundproof room, it was a comfortable room all in, and clean. Extra pluses for Rituals products :)

The breakfast was a disaster - all of it, food selection very poor and the staff was very unfriendly. One morning there was only bread (buns) hard as stone and when this was communicated to them they clearly knew about it and made us feel very uncomfortable, how dare we say something. Such a shame. We stayed 3 nights and would therefor not return.

Location nearby to Narodni Třída allows for quick access to whole of city and very easy to get into old town. Nearby to some great bars and bakeries.

The breakfast was good, and the location was good due to having a wedding nearby, otherwise we would have not opted for this location though

multiple issues including double payment of our other guests as per receptionist mistake, taking a week to return the money. We are still trying to get a hold of them to return the money for the double payment. Also no lift and no restaurant working on premises, its closed. Also, we booked two same type of rooms and the second one was significantly smaller and we had a lot of trouble with the receptionist, who was convincing us its the same rooms etc. Multiple times not working room cards. You can hear flushing toilets from upstairs all night. It was all in an unpleasant arrival and overall experience unfortunately too.
