Our stay felt just like home. The apartment was very cozy and had everything we needed. I can't even think of what could be missing) We cooked our own food, and there were plenty of kitchen gadgets and lots of dishes for to use. We spent almost every evening on the comfortable terrace after a very hot day. The host sent detailed information about check-in and places to visit beforehand. If you're looking for a place to stay in Larnaca, this is definitely the best option for location and your comfort 😉 Charalambos, thank you for your hospitality!)

Avoid this place at all costs. The nearby Aithrio Tavern blasts unbearably loud live music with amplifiers until 1 AM every night. It is absolutely impossible to sleep, even with windows shut. I was here with a child, and our vacation was completely ruined. Complaints to the restaurant and even to the police were ignored. This is a shocking level of disrespect towards tourists and a clear violation of basic human rights to rest.

The hotel owners must take responsibility for their guests’ peace and actually solve the problem with Aithrio Tavern, which destroys any chance of rest with unbearably loud live music until 1 AM. This is not just noise — it’s total disrespect towards people and tourists. As long as this continues, I will never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly advise others to avoid it. It’s outrageous that the hotel allows such blatant disrespect to ruin their guests’ stay.

Close to everything in Larnaca. The apartment is quite spacious and there are 2 air conditioning units. All basic facilities are there, like hair dryer, washing machine, iron, kitchen utensils. Overall cleanliness of the apartment is ok

The lights in the toilet are truly dim as other opinions say. The entire toilet should be cleaned as there is a lot of mold in the corners and the lights should be changed. Also, unfortunately giant cockroaches and other bugs can be found both outside and inside (!!!) of the apartment, both dead and alive.

The hotel was great, but what truly made my stay special was the reception staff. They were extremely kind, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Their warm and professional service made me feel very welcome. Highly recommended!
