Everything about this place was excellent. The distance from the center (you can easily walk to Punda and Otrobanda in less than 5min), the place was super clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, the AC was just fine and Misoeki and her daughter we're very welcoming and were always checking up to see if we needed something! The pick up/drop off at the airport was also a service we loved and it helped us a lot. Misoeki even helped us get us a scooter service. We loved our stay :D

The location is great, having car you can go anywhere. And walking around Punda also is very easy. The room is small but still works wonderful. The bathroom is, specially the shower is very accommodating. The room had limited view but it's ok. With the new building in front, sea view is now down to 0. Loved the kitchenette but there is no top mount stove. The coffee pot wonderful.

When checking in, we notice there was no hot water, but since the water was lukewarm, we still used it. On the 3rd night, I asked if they had hot water in the room. The technician came and said the water heater is not working and will the plumber take a look in the morning. Understandable since it's not his expertise. Morning came and plumber came, the problem was bigger then expected. I asked the front desk to give me another room so we can shower and on our way. Have been denied several times with the excuse that the technician is done. More then 1 hour after the first message about the problem and some harsh words with the technician, we have been granted a room to shower. It's not only shower, but doing other human basics too because our room had no water during the repairing. I have all the proof on whatsapp. The technicians were very open with the problem and it's understandable that when they thought one thing was faulty, a lot more came out and took more time then expected. And as expected, NO ONE apologized, NO compensation given in any form for this situation. With the 13 years in hospitality, this is a big no-no for guests to be denied another room to shower since the technician himself said it will take more time to fix the problem.

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. They helped us with great recommendations for Curacao and brought us snacks and icecream to the pool. They even offered us a ride back from the car rental branch. Our room was nicely decorated with great interior design and very spacious. It had a balcony with a great view over the garden and the pool. Also parking was very easy.
