The hotel deserves the highest praise! We spent a few days here with family and were thrilled. The rooms are spacious, the staff incredibly kind and helpful. Breakfasts were delicious, and the atmosphere very friendly. A perfect place for relaxation and quality time. Close to everything. Highly recommend!!

The staff were friendly and helpful and did their best to accommodate us. The view of the lake from our room was lovely.
The location was not great in terms of access to other Dali tourist areas and we did not have transport so felt quite isolated given we could not hire a car locally as we did not have China ID and there were no DiDi scooters out in that area. The accommodation did not really look like the photos portrayed and was double the price of accommodation in the old town which was far more luxurious. There was construction around and not a lot of options for food.

The breakfast was good, though a bit crowded—probably because of the rainy season during our stay. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the housekeeper on our floor. She was friendly, warm, and cheerful!
Everything was great except for the shower room. Due to some design issues, the water doesn’t flow smoothly, causing the shower area to retain water and stay wet. The door would be better if it pulled inward instead of pushing outward, as the current design causes water to drip everywhere.
