The property is in a fantastic spot for visiting Zhangjiajie National Park. Right by the middle gate (so less people) and although walkable the fantastic staff at the hotel dropped us off and picked us up each day. Ming was such a help to us getting tickets and helping us with all our questions he is a real asset to the hotel. Chau (not sure I’ve spelt this correctly) was also very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and it was such a treat to be able to sit on our balcony in the tub with a cold drink at the end of the day. Breakfast was good and we also had great dinners there. Would definitely return to this hotel.

The best part of this stay was Jackson, the stay manager, who offered to bring me out to eat local food with his friends. Best food ever. The hotel is nice, in a gated area, reception at 8th floor and room at 33th floor with amazing views of the river and the downtown. The room is really spacious, like a mini apartment. Around there are a lot of local restaurants open until late, and the metro is about 5 mins walking

The warm hospitality. It really feels like home away from home. I love that there’s a tea place where you can help yourself with all the drinks and chill there. And if u play chess, there’s a set for you to play with your friends too. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. One of them i know her name is Xiao Zhang. Of course all of them are great!

I see some rooms where they need to beat the rain to get to the tea place for breakfast. Perhaps a bit of inconvenience to that. But they provide umbrella so i guess if you wanna have an experience staying in a courtyard this is something to be anticipated.

Our stay at the hotel was very wholesome. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were always very clean and there was free water and even free snacks at all times. We even got some fruits delivered to our room once we arrived. I can only recommend staying here!

Safety of the bathroom facilities. Water dripping outside the perimeter was unavoidable due to structure of cubicle glass door . Water on marble floor could be fatal for more senior guests. Maybe more selection of beverage for complimentary room service
