Paradise Cove Lodge

Pick up from the airport was easy. Couldn't check in til 1pm, but could leave the bags while we went for a walk up Maunga Pu hill which is just opposite the lodge. A bit steep but the view was worth it. Location was right on the beach, with a sweet little swim spot at high tide. The huts are located to you have a bit of privacy on your balcony. Breakfast basic but nice - cereal, fruit, pancakes.

The property was clean and tidy and close to town. Very handy. Nice view of the lagoon too. Cafe right on front which was very handy

We enjoyed the beach location, the food was very good. Breakfast was always enjoyed. The fish and risotto was lovely I had it twice.

Awesome location in Muri and good value for money. Staff are amazing. Free use of kayaks, snorkels, aqua shoes etc.

Could do with a few upgrades. For eg, curtains in the family room did not fully cover windows, mix-matched stained towels, mix-matched dinnerware, but then again, this is Raro where life is simple so it didn't bother us. The booking.com listing also mentioned an oven in the room but there was none (we brought over food due to dietry requirements and we did bring over some things that needed an oven)

Clean and on site staff were really accommodating. Loved the apartment over the villa.

Villa bedrooms are located next to the entrance of the villa, so you get the traffic noise, bedrooms are located at the bottom of the villa.

Perfect location. Loved the visiting animals. Don was very helpful when we needed to make bedding changes. Everything was provided for a self catering holiday.
