Breakfast was delicious, atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, owners were very personable and proximity to places to go was perfect. If we were to go back to Montreal, we would definitely consider going back there!

Very comfortable in every way. Friendly, helpful host. Good, easy to use heating. Shower was great too. Outside shower for after surfing if needed.

The toilet needs to be upgraded. Only 1 elevator, buttons don't work properly. Mattress was uncomfortable.

The first room reeked of cigarettes the second room was very musty, but we aired it out. There were cobwebs in the room. The light switches are terribly dirty. I didn't feel comfortable using the shower so I bathed in the cracked sink. Had to fight with the coffee machine. No microwave included. The pool and hot tub had dirt gathered in both on the bottom and you could see the dirty ring around the hot tub. The hot tub only runs for 15 seconds when turned on. Not 15 minutes like the sign says. The noise through the night is exhausting, car doors opening and slamming shut all hours of the night. People talking really loud inside and out. The sun was coming up when I finally fell asleep. Then before 10 am I started hearing knocking on the doors in the hallway every 5 minutes house keeping house keeping. I rented a room a head of time so I could have a good sleep after a 17 hour day. The day turned into a 24 hour day and not even 3 hours sleep. I should have just driven my 3 hours home.
