So we have pretty high standards when we go away and have to say this place ticked every box in terms of quality and comfort. Danny's place is just perfect, with masses of space and equipped with everything you need. We had a few minor questions which Danny answered promptly and cordially almost immediately. Perfect accommodation, location and host would not hesitate to recommend.

The personnel ! Nice room. Quiet room. Occupation not too high in august. Near to shops, bars, restaurants but sufficiently far not to have the noice and crowd. At arrival no shower gel and issue with bathroom door but housekeeping and technician both came to the room to fix it within a few minutes. Amazing. Good job!

Even though the room was nice and comfortable and had a more modern look inside the room, the first inside of the rest of the hotel had given the impression of the hotel as it was a bit old fashion and needed some refreshing in some cases, eg. painting

Ants was in the bed termite coming out the head board towels has holes AC wasn't cooling and roaches was in the bathroom and the construction on the hotel made so much noise and the blankets on the bed are to Small the room need microwave and my keys keep defaulting

The restaurant was exceptional . I like the GYM and jacuzzi. Thanks to the house keeping team leader. She really quick solved the issue in our room. And she was very helpful and welcoming:)

The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional. Her name is KIM. With a pair of glasses. Not only did she show a bad attitude, but they also lied about the hotel’s occupancy. We confronted her when we did check out, she said was misunderstanding…This kind of behavior is unacceptable and made the stay very disappointing

Although aware of our arrival time, NOBODY was there to greet us. We knocked on guests door and they called staff. Staff OVER THE PHONE wanted me to give a stranger my passport! No wifi therefore I could not call taxi and we had to walk to the airport and MISSED our flight while walking back to airport w my 12 year old son. Not impressed at all.

i enjoyed walking around and viewing the resort, eating the food even though it was quite expensive, the room credit was helpful on saving back on some money, staff was very pleasant when we asked questions/
