A lovely flat decorated with love and good taste. Extremely comfortable and centrally located. The host was super friendly and took great care of us. The stay at Charisma made our stay in Haskovo very memorable. I highly recommend staying at Charisma.

Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious rooms with nice seaview. Good food with various choices for every meal in the day. There were even baby food jars provided for the youngest guests, which really made us a very good impression.

Excellent, spacious, renovated apartment just in the center of the city. Chavdar is very nice person, very easy to communicate with him by WhatsApp. Public parking is available.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the staff were polite and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.

However, the property itself is in need of improvement. For the price, the hotel feels quite worn and would benefit from an upgrade. Cleanliness could also be improved, as this was an area that didn’t meet expectations. The restaurant was another letdown — many of the chairs were broken, and overall the furniture looked as though it had been donated rather than chosen to create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. This took away from the dining experience, although the food itself was reasonable. With some refurbishment and more attention to detail, this hotel could offer much better value for money.

The Location was good.

The room is very basic with no amenities other than soap in a shower room which floods badly. It was however clean. The mattress was old and needs replacing. The restaurant serves very ordinary food and has very poor service. We did not tip the waiter which we guess accounts for us being left sitting at breakfast time while others around us were served. We were ignored by a very rude man who cleaned tables while smoking and served up breakfast to others. We left as people from other tables noticed the treatment we had received and shrugged politely at us unable to comprehend the insult from the waiter. There are many other hotels along this road some offering cheaper accommodation. We recommend that you explore other options and give this place a miss until they learn a few lessons about customer service particularly when dealing with non-Bulgarian speaking clients. We wish that we had explored further options as this place is a real disappointment.
