very nice room with all the facilities required, very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Very close to a park which is nice to walk around and a central square where you can get many different dining options. Overall a very pleasant stay

Very nice hotel in a beautiful district of Brussels. The rooms are super clean, and the hotel is well connected to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to come back.

All done at arms length. Arrived v late but was talked through entrance by their duty guy, v helpful. Cldnt find the button to enter internal door. Room was lovely, little kitchen which I didnt need

Building works outside but was able to park on main road 2 min away. Wldnt hv understood HOW to pay for parking. Left early anyway

Everything; lovely clean room, very welcoming host and great breakfast. Location is right in the middle of town and we could park outside the BnB.

Location is very good close to royal palace and feel safe.

The cupboard for clothes is broken so couldn’t use it to hang clothes and the mattress too soft but not a big problem.

Spacious apartment within walking distance to most things.

Some of the photos are from a different apartment. The code for the door to the apartment didn't work. Luckily the neighbor came home after a while and had a key to the apartment. I was glad she did, because the landing has an unpleasant smell. The wifi didn't work, it didn't the entire stay, so I lost 3 days of work. The host was unresponsive and arrogant and didn't try to fix the situation. It is on a noisy busy road with the tram stop right in front. The trams ring a loud bell all day long. The toilet is separat from the bathroom, you have walk through the kitchen to wash your hands, they didn't put a zink in with the toilet. No soap is provided. I saw a few cockroaches.

The hotel was clean and well equipped

The location was extremely unsafe, with lots of drug dealing directly outside the hotel. The train station was maybe 30 metres from the hotel entrance and I would not walk that distance alone because we witnessed one fight and two drug deals in the 24 hours we were at this hotel. The location is not at all safe. Don't stay here if you have a family with you or as a solo traveller.
