The hotel was clean and new. Shivonne and Rihanna where great.

Too far from everything, some staff was unfriendly. Not will to accommodate my request to switch my room close to my family even though it was requested days in advance. Lacking late night entertainment, proper snacks and fun for kids at the pool was boring. Too long wait times for food and too little shuttles into town everything was too far away. I would not stay here again.

While the space is homely some more effort is needed to make the space more tidy. The shower curtain and the bathroom mats were dirty and unchanged from previous users. I did not shower there at all though my son did. I had to pay separately an addition US$10 to have access to the air condition in the bedroom and the living room was also the same cost. i did not use that one.
