Good location, within walking distance to several restaurants and a promenade along the river.

The shower was slippery probably due to the position of the showerhead & tile design resulting in my husband suffering a fall in the shower. Something has to be done about this to prevent untoward incidents in future. The staff are generally unfriendly and/or indifferent. The room was quite dark and the tv was not functioning with exposed cables on the floor. Breakfast spread was dismal but that's a matter of personal preference I suppose.

Its location is in the middle of the center and The owner of the apartment is a friendly person.

There is no elevator (lift) and it is on the third floor, which is tiring and exhausting. It needs more cleaning and the washing machine is old and does not work properly.
