Our stay was perfect. The place is new, just like in the photos. The bed is big and comfy, and the air conditioning works great. Beautiful views too. There’s a little spot to sit outside, but also a kitchen and a riverside terrace that’s perfect for having a drink or just relaxing. Easy access, paved road, and with a shop nearby. Nora is a great host. Tasty breakfast. She also gave us some delicious fruit from her garden.

We absolutely loved this apartment! It’s right in the heart of Yerevan, and the view from the windows is simply breathtaking. The place is spacious, spotless, and so cozy — everything is designed for a comfortable family stay. We truly felt at home and would gladly come back again.

Location of this hotel is fantastic, very central. The entrance is gated leading to a lovely garden. However, the WiFi isn't accessible in the garden.
Unfortunately, we were very unlucky and there was no hot water in time for us to have a shower. The hot water became available only after I had asked them and it seemed like they had to switch the water heater on. So do ask in advance if you stay there. Our room had a very strange smell, sort of like the sewage smell after you take a shower, and the shower cubicle could do with a deep clean as it seems there could be a mix of mould and sewage smell coming from the bathroom after the shower use.

Good AC, quiet location. Next to a cool little river. Could pay with card 15 minute walk to Republic square.

Only the location
Not really a good hostel experience. People leaving occupying everything by leaving their stuff there. Room we rented was a half basement, windows were 3 meters from a coffeeshop and Main Street. The buses wake you up really early and gets hot very fast.
