      This place is cosy and clean. The location is very good. The prices are very reasonable. In the morning all the guests we have homemade breakfast. I recommend it.

      About the stuff: depends on the person, from poor to excellent. I didn't manage to see Ararat from the room, perhaps due to the atmosphere (humidity).
