Great service by Nilo & Chandra !! They gave us early check in and even goes out of their way to get us coffee & water while preparing the room. They helped us to print some urgent documents and assisted to pass some documents to our business partner as we had to leave for our flight. They went the extra mile and the stay was so much pleasant due to their genuine and sincere service deliverance. Hotel was nice, great location, impeccable service, definitely will come back.

love everything! gave us free upgrade to suite. the lobby is just astonishing. many food options at the hotel plus a shisha place few steps away. 5 mins drive to deira city centre if you ever need some daily necessities. great service from the bellboy all the way to the concierge. Just not enough words to describe the experience. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay again!

The place is fab. We stayed for 5 nights, booked 3 and loved it so stayed another 2. A big shout out to the staff who are just amazing, they treated us so well and our 9 month old. Special shout out to Han and Sila and all the breakfast staff who every morning made Archie feel so special. The pool, rooms, food etc is all excellent. We had room service too and very good.

Nothing to do with the resort, but the free shuttle bus for the area was always too packed to get on with a baby.

From arrival to departure our experience was exceptional. The room was amazing, the meals were fresh and tasty and the team were so friendly and always willing to assist in any query

Location is near to airport and good for transit. Shuttle bus is reliable and taxi is easy to get. Staff also very helpful.

feels a little tired only one restaurant in the buikding and the other hilton that was linked to it was closed almost 70% of our stay as it was being refurbished despite that it was still great value for money and an excellent location
