Whatever you do, do not rent scooters from the staff as ours turned out to be a lemon and would not turn off so I had to wait 3 hours in the sun before the owner showed up. Be wary of renting mules and scooters on the island as they only seem to care about getting money and not your satisfaction.

This Hotel is pleasantly located walking distance to everything. The registration is up a long flight of stairs which may pose a problem to the impaired. My room didn't have a window to a view but it was quiet and comfortable. The hotel was worth every penny,and they were friendly and cordial.

The mattress in our room was most likely the softest mattress we ever slept on: and that’s not a good thing. They ask the guests to wear plastic wristbands to identify who stays at the hotel and who doesn’t. We understand security issues but they were uncomfortable and kinda useless didn’t seem like staff was looking at them at all. They are however an indicator of their guests in the hotel room policy: there is a fee, which as a principle, is absurd.

Excellently located hotel. Air conditioner that was able to cool off the room quickly and the daily room cleaning was great, especially when you are in a holiday spot.

Mattresses were lightly deformed by use. Absence of breakfast in the hotel but this is a local standard at the island so shouldn't be considered as issue. There are plenty of delicious breakfast shops around.

Minor things in the room could have been included. Towel racks on the wall of the bathroom (not IN the shower) and a small table in the room.

Great location to the main area of San Andres; walkable to the beach, restaurants, everything. Very comfortable room for two or three people. The lobby bathroom and shower is super helpful.

The hotel starts on a second floor and access is by stairs. Not appropriate for people with mobility restrictions. The room, while spacious, has a very small bathroom and one small window that overlooks a rooftop with several AC units. Beds are on the soft side For an emergency one night stay, it was ok

The beds.

It is a very nice and new place but some rooms have no windows. If the idea is only to sleep, is fine. Wifi worked good and the room is clean, but the beds are not so comfortables.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The AC works well and so does the shower. The staf was very kind and helpful. We would def stay here again or recommend to anyone.

The hot water was not so good in the night and there is some loud music on the neighborhood at late times.

Everything was good. The beds are comfortable and the room have plenty of space. It's well located, right in the city center.

The location is perfect, close to the main beach and within walking distance of the main port. Given the price, the room is decent and clean and allows for a restful night. Therefore, the ratio of quality and cost is perfectly estimated.
