This is the best hotel I've had in Medellin. It was my 5th time, I always stay in Laureles and I will be back for sure. Well equiped, great location, totally recommend it

Traffic noise is quite loud because windows have a poor insulation. The included breakfast in the restaurant next door has only relatively small portions.

The breakfast is bad, wait staff is horrible!!! You get a piece of paper on which you select what you want for breakfast and your drink. Just 1 of each! If you select another item they will make you choose which one instead of telling you that you can get the other item but you will have to pay. Just one cup of coffee served, they don’t come by and ask if you’d like another one (you’ll have to pay for it but they can at least ask). The bottom line, there are several way better breakfast options really close by (less than a minute walking). Do not waste your time to get breakfast there

The staff at the front desk was absolutely very good! She helped out with everything, great customer service, very helpful with everything!

... the standard room is rather small and, with the exception of one drawer, does NOT have any storage space that can be closed. ... it is a limitation that you have to choose between coffee (only Americano) OR fruit juice.

The hotel is located in a resendential area with lots of very good restaurants, cafes and bars. Urbit Social Lofts comes with stylish rooms ... but ... For breakfast at the Mekong restaurant you can choose between 7 different food options. Those options are nice ... but ...

I wasn't a fan of the breakfast options. They were very limited and preset.

The room was very comfortable. The hotel has a very industrial theme to it that works really well. It gave the spaces a very unique feel. I'd have no problem staying in this room or recommending it.

The plumbing pipes are exposed because that's part of the design of this loft style Hotel so you will hear rushing and trickling water occasionally. But it didn't bother me. Also, the AC works great but blows right onto the bed so it can be a little chilly when you are on/in the bed. No hot water in the shower or sink on the morning of checkout and when I told the front desk about this upon checking out they refused to compensate me anything because they said I didn't call them when I noticed it so they could send someone up to take a look at it. I was packing and getting ready to go to the airport so I couldn't be bothered with calling the front desk and letting somebody in to take a look when I was one foot out the door. I did lose a card key and they charged me $10 for it and refused to waive that in lieu of not having any hot water for my shower before going to the airport.

Nice neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants. The breakfast choices at the restaurant next door were good and the food was good.

Strange ‘insurance’ additional payment on arrival. On check out said we had used 2 waters and 1 electrolyte drink which we hadn’t. Had to sign some forms as a statement which is really odd. Staff were really great otherwise.

Amazing bed, great AC. Perfect location in Medellin, close to restaurants etc without being noisy.

We got it for a good price but we decided to upgrade so we could have a room with a table and chairs to work. We spent more to upgrade and didn’t get an upgraded room or table/chairs. We also asked for a quiet room on a higher floor and we didn’t get that either even though the hotel wasn’t booked at all. It was a bummer because our booking stated we would have a view and we had no view at all and the street was loud on a lower floor so sometimes it was hard to sleep. We would stay again as long as we got a higher floor and wouldn’t upgrade again because we didn’t get what we paid for.

The property seemed new and clean. The breakfast at the restaurant next door is amazing!
