We made the mistake to follow directions through the Booking app and ended up quite far from the guesthouse (better follow google maps!!). As said, the room at the back was small and noisy (better take one at the front without aircon).

Located away from the heavy activity of the island but still at walkable distance from the center (or easy access with public bus). Luz was a very sweet host and very accomodating. Our first room at the back was quite small and all the aircons of the floor were on our balcony so we couldnt sleep properly the first night. Luz was nice enough to change us from room and we were then in a room at the front with no aircon but fans (which we like much better) and more space and big window with access to the main balcony. On the top of the rock, the view is extra. Nice sunset place.

Owner is very nice and handful lady. She cares a lot. Helped me with scooter rental a give some tips for trips. Dont speak english, but with google translator no problem.

The location is currently hard to access due to some construction near to the house.

No beach super close, You have to have your own transport (but that's a recommendation for any accommodation on the island!) especially after 8 pm cause thats when the bussed stop.

Room was comfortable, with 2 beds and AC. The Hostal environment, build around a big rock, with lots of iguanas and plants is beautiful. Chris helped us a ton with motorbike rental and every question we had. It's walking distance to center (20 min).

A bit close to airport runway, but not too noisy and they don’t run during the night. Have to walk to the main road and get a bus into town. Better if you have a scooter.

Nice communal area, nice garden to relax in. Miss Luz is very helpful and welcoming.

the family re-defines warmth and great service with a big smile. fantastic. hotel is a mere 30 minute walk to centro or only $1 ride on a moto taxi. there are mini markets nearby. hotel has a shared full kitchen. everything provides for a long stay.

The property is located on the west side of the island. It is a excellent place for watching the sunsets. It is off the main street for taking a ride around the island. The owners are extremely nice, and it is a very safe place for tourists.

20 minute walk into town but we didn’t mind

Location was quiet for those looking for a more relaxed stay on the island. Dona Luz was extremely helpful to us despite our language barrier. Would definitely recommend

The location was a bit difficult since it was far from the center of the city but taxis were fairly inexpensive and there was a bus that u could take also that came every 30 mins on the main road.

Loved the family run motel and the artistic building style. The woman who ran the motel was super nice. She offered me coffee in the morning and a beer in the evenings. The bed was super comfortable and the ac and wifi were all functioning well. It was super quiet at night.

Tasty scrambled eggs for breakfast. I had a problem communicating with the lady who runs the place. There was a strange miscommunication going on. She felt insulted when I asked something telling me that everybody loved the place only I had a problem. It almost felt personal. I found it hard to get to this place. Even the moto taxi couldn't find it. I didn't like the location. The room was basic, the bathroom basic, without shower head, which they tried to persuade me that is normal and better this way. ( they bought the head the next day). I expected terrace with some view but you couldn't use the terrace as it was just for the air conditioning and no view. Probably I had higher expectations after travelling through South America and staying in lots of lodgings.
