We stayed for 2 nights, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful, perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was generous and delicious, with plenty of variety. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive; they truly made our stay amazing.

Everything! My wife and I stayed here after a 3 day hike, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to recover. The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the views were stunning. They also held our luggage for us which was very helpful.

Incredible stay! Being warmly welcomed here after a long day/night of travel was so comforting. It is a very walkable location but still felt like a serene escape. The view is beautiful and the breakfast was exceptional!

Everything was perfect. The room was clean and sufficient. The downstairs common areas are welcoming and cozy. The staff we excellent and treated us like family. We had 5 nights and were sad to leave. The staff can recommend authentic restaurants, hikes, and tours, in Salento and surrounding towns like Filandia.

We only stayed one night and liked everything!

Close to the town center and the view points of Salento. The staff is very attentive. They organized our airport pickup to Pereira airport and we were allowed to use their facilities still the entire day.

We loved our stay at Terrazas de Salento! Everyone was incredibly friendly. We especially liked the breakfast, it was the best breakfast we had during our whole trip in Colombia. You can choose various options and order multiple things including fresh orange juice, fresh fruits, eggs, avocado, yoghurt and crêpes...The location is a little up the hill in a quiet area, but still just a short walk from the town centre. Loved the garden and comfortable and clean room. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I can't think of a single improvement needed

I t was the best breakfast I have ever been served: I selected scrambled eggs and I was asked how I wanted them prepared! Creamy, soft, dry etc. Then type of toast, type of juice, toe of fruit, topping for toast jam or avocado, crepes or pancakes, guava or chocolate, incredible. And all served in a gorgeous garden, my choice or inside in the charming dining area.

This is the best place ever. I never wanted to leave. It could not have been more beautiful there, with perfect plants and decoration. I could have sat all day on the mountain view balcony in the queen room. Breakfast was delicious, with so many choices made-to-order. The staff were wonderful, Luis gave us great help and advice. I miss it already!

Perfect location—quiet and peaceful but just a few blocks from the center of town. The hotel and gardens are beautiful, super comfortable and well-appointed rooms, and the service is impeccable—they’ve thought of everything and get all the details right. Breakfast each morning feels like an indulgent occasion! Incredible views across the town and valley, and the mirador is just a block away for even more views.

Where do I start? The location first of all is amazing, right on the edge of the main streets so 5 minute walk into the main square but far enough away not to hear the noise. The views are amazing, every day you wake up and see the beautiful landscape of Salento. The staff are beyond hospitable and kind. They helped us with everything from booking transports to laundry. On the way out they gave us a full list of tips and attractions for Medellín, our next stop. The rooms were very clean, spacious, and well equipped. One of the best places I've ever stayed at.

Each room was so perfectly decorated and so comfortable, with great views. It was so peaceful! The bathrooms were also great size and airy. The breakfast menu had so many options and was delicious. I want to give a special shoutout to Leider who was the best host! He gave great and honest recommendations for things in Salento and the area. And also had great communication leading up to our stay. Thank you for everything, Leider!!

Last 100 feet of the street walk and the stairs from the street are steep, so if you have mobility issues, it might be challenging

Great location - 7 min slow walk to the square, great view, quiet, breakfast outside was a highlight. The manager was excellent - helped with advising trips, told about the town.
