Not being able to sleep, kangoo hammers going 24/7 Is there no law in Bogata that this is not allowed at night? There is a respite for 10 minutes and then off again literally all night .All together the worst experience Ever

Housekeeping is unpredictable, one day they show up another day they don’t. Minibar prices are what I’d expect in a fancier hotel. Parts of the hotel look dated and unkept. The area around has limited dining and nightspots. Staff have limited English.

The area is safe to walk around even at night. It’s in North Bogotá surrounded by embassies and a few corporates. There are convenience stores close by. Breakfast was good enough and overall the price for value ratio is favourable.

If you are in the city to visit the main touristic attractions, take into consideration that the majority of them are in the City Center (ex. Museo Botero, Museo del Oro), which is ~40 min away from the hotel by taxi/Uber.

The staff is nice and accomodating, the breakfast is good, the hotel room is spacious and comfortable, and the wifi is great.

The location is perfect. Right in the heart of Chapinero. Close to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Very safe. The service of the staff is very good. They are really friendly and professional. Always want to help. The rooms is great: with a lot of space and very comfortable. Great value.

Overall there was nothing to complain about or dislike

I was in an amazing room with a wrap around terrace . Another perk was the privacy. My room had its own entrance up spiral stairs

Even i bought a bottle of water to replace the one I drank due to I was very thirsty, it was already charged, so I have to pay it. It was the only thing.

Although the breakfast was fine and adequate - as it is buffet style, as a solo traveller it was a little annoying when groups or couples would go up frequently meaning as I was solo I would have to wait for the breakfast bar to be replensished. So, if you're travelling solo, I suggest you head for breakast service at bang on 7am. I went to the gym one morning and found one of the bins overflowing with rubbish. Just from the vibe of the hotel, I suspect this was from one of the big groups staying there being a bit messy rather than the team (as adjcent the gym is the spa/sauna and a meeting room). The outdoor heater and light was not working on my balcony (this was not a huge deal)

(A Brit living in Colombia) The staff are really friendly and the hotel is clean, and modern. The breakfast was fine and adequate - as it is buffet style. The gym facilities were fine, a little on the smaller side but I was the only one using it across my 5 days so it was not an issue. The apartment/room was extremely spacious and clean. There are not a lot of utensils in the kitchenette but utensils/plates were available upon request. I used to live in Bogotá so I deliberately chose this area, not too far off Chapinero but very stylish and clean area. For tourist spots, it is pretty far but I do not recommend tourists stay in the toursit areas such as Santa Fe/La Candalaria as it is unclean and not as safe.

I really missed a hair dryer, because it's not very comfortable to go out in Bogotá's cold weather with wet hair.

Love the location and the room was spacious and comfortable. There's a little supermarket crossing the street.
