We could of done with a kettle in the apartment but other than that everything was perfect

The apartment was so lovely, had everything in it that we needed! Bed was very comfortable, everything was clean. We had a washing machine which was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were also super helpful. There was a pool and sauna upstairs which was gorgeous!

A bit noisy because of the traffics but not surprising while you are in a big city. If you want to cook the equipment in the kitchen won’t be enough.

The services are great and the people very helpful. The take out restaurant for breakfast, lunch or dinner is very good. Finally some healthy food! Nice to have a lot of space.

The sofa bed was quite uncomfortable - only a foam mattress that essentially was on the floor. The balcony doors also couldn’t lock and didn’t shut fully.

The location and the staff were fantastic - it was great having a washing machine / dryer in the room, and the breakfast was excellent. Really fresh and healthy food. It was easy to get Ubers everywhere - the Santafe Mall is within walking distance (15 mins) which has tons of shops and places to buy food. 10 mins from the centre of El Poblado, and 20 mins to the centre of Medellin.

Our kids slept in the living room, but there are no curtains or window blinds. If you sell the apartment as an apartment for 4 persons, you should make sure 4 persons can sleep in a dark room. Also only 2 chairs etc.

One of the evenings a neighbour outside of the hotel was playing really loud music. when I signed to him from the balcony he was kind enough to lower the volume a little bit.

we loved the room, the amenities, the clothes washer was a godsent. the menu was lovely and the roomstaff comes in based on an agreed scheduled. the have a fun playroom, gym and a lovely pool. amazing view from the terrace.

There's nothing bad to say about this place.

We really loved this cozy apartment. We felt that it was close enough to restaurants. Since we are avid walkers, we also felt that it wasn't too far from the subway. Safe neighborhood and the frontdesk staff were very friendly and professional.

The hotel was great, in a great location, very safe. Easy to get about in Ubers. The beds were comfy, apartment was super clean. Games room upstairs was great for the kids. Pool on the roof was great. Staff lovely. Would highly recommend.

Monday maintenance meant I couldnt enjoy last day at the pool.

When we checked in at 10 pm with our kids the bed was not ready.. we had to wait 45 min to get the bed set for them. I have to mention that they were informed of our late arrival as I share our eta long time in advance. When I requested for an extension of a couple of hours the next day they declined …

The bed was a 2 twin beds put together, I slept beside my partner of course but since it was so you could say I slept in between the two beds. If it was a king bed then it would've been perfect! I also wish it had a hairdryer.

The Location is perfect! The rooftop with a heating pool and jacuzzi was amazing! We loved the healthy food at the Smash cafe! The apartment room was beautiful and very elegant! The fully equipped room with washer/dryer was amazing! We will definitly go back!
