LatviaHot water was not consistent. There are rooms with no windows (real), it can be disturbing for some guests. Make sure you book a room with a balcony, then you'll be fine. Also, there is nothing to do in the hotel. Not even decent lobby where to chill, but we knew about it.

United StatesWe didn't like the display and set up of the breakfast. Also, the breakfast area seemed so tight and claustrophobic. The rooms are also very small and there were times when there was no hot water in the shower.

Brazilthe price was too high for what the hotel offers in the accommodations. the bathroom was very small and water leaked every time because the shower door wouldn't close. breakfast offered few options. I think they should include more things to have a greater variety. the room was good but there was no table and chair to use the computer. but otherwise it was all good.
I liked the room, it is very quiet and the bed is great. air conditioning worked well. the shower was hot and that was one of the reasons I chose the hotel, as it seems that few offer hot water showers. the attendants and the entire hotel staff are always very friendly and helpful.

NorwayI definitely was not provided with the 20 square meters room I booked. The hotel and the room are extremely dated and not very well kept. The room had a very small window to the elevator lobby only, shower barely worked. Breakfast was close to disgusting, very cheap ingredients. Staff was to best uninterested and unedicated in terms of service. Thin walls, could hear noises from outside all the time.
The location was practical, even though I would choose differently knowing better today. The coffee was strong, and it’s the only good thing I can say for that breakfast.

United StatesThe sidewalk is pretty irregular and the entrance itself has an inclination, which makes it tricky for mobility impaired people, but being careful it's not much of a problem. Breakfast Buffet is not really a pleasant experience. Perhaps it's ok for a beach hotel, but it's really lacking compared to the Cartagena experience which by the ways less expensive. The hotel doesn't have restaurant, room service or convenience store, but by stepping outside you find it all.
I rented a Buggy that was dropped off at the airport, which was fun, but i didn't count on my cell phone service to not work on the island. So I had to do it the old fashion way; asking. Which wasn't easy, no one seemed to know the place! And yes, I speak Spanish. It took me an hour to find the hotel although it's like 4 mins from the airport. Location worked out fine, because although its's not beach front it's better though; because on the beach front hotels you can't unload luggage from cabs, unless you are at a big resort, or another couple very expensive hotels. The beach is like half a block away, and it's really pretty. We picked this hotel because it has an elevator. Parking the buggy out front was not hard. And there's a cab station on the corner if you need one. The hotel can also call cabs they know. There are a lot of shops and restaurants on the beach and on the way. The room was quite ok. Not large, not small. It had all the necessary things for a beach hotel: Fridge, Safe, AC, hot water.

ChileThis hotel is what I call great potencial but they do the minimal effort. When there’s no intend to take care of the guest but only to complete tasks to function as a Hotel. They only cleaned the room because we asked for it after our second day in the hotel, the breakfast menu was horrible, I’m so used to Colombian food and there wasn’t even Colombian bread in the menu, no decent coffee. We paid for a room with amenities, well it didn’t have them all, it didn’t have hot water, I could see the pipe of the shower in the ceiling, it was horrible, if we wanted a blow drier for our hair we had to go collect it at the front desk and return it because there were not enough for all rooms. I couldn’t believe that we were paying 400usd for 4 days and the hotel doesn’t have enough for us to have a blow drier worth 30usd in the room!. There was no mini bar, there was a refrigerator but it didn’t have anything inside, so they should have a clearer expectation about this. I won’t come back to this place and I recommend everyone with high standards not to go.
