Just a note that the room I booked was cheaper as it's on the ground floor so you'll hear a little more noise at night with guests checking in but nothing excessive. If you're unfamiliar with Bogotá check the location before you stay.

I had an excellent stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and even helped me to print a document I needed for work. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was great every morning, again served by friendly staff.

The hotel has lacked maintenance, there were door keys that didn't work and there wasn't much variety in the breakfast. We stayed three nights and always had passion fruit juice And it was always the same.

Located in the middle of a shady area of the city. I was told by our local hosts to not walk the streets after 18h in the evening!!! The breakfast needs to be more diverse as the sandwich or eggs routine gets boring quite fast.

The hotel nearby had a lot of homeless people so we don’t want to come back to the hotel late.

The location is good and walkable to several attractions and eating places. The staffs all are friendly and helpful.

A bit old style but this is not an issue. No windows as in all our accommodation in Colombia, however, this one was particularly dark, humid and even slightly cold. This is the reason why if we choose this hotel again, we will make sure to get a room on the higher floor with windows!:)

Surrounding area is slightly run down but I guess that makes this place more affordable (also applies to places to eat and drink, I really liked the Sofia Café a couple of blocks towards Gabriel Garcia Marquez Plaza.)

Spacious room with a good firm bed. Decent breakfast cheerfully served. The classic Hispanic courtyard and reception give this hotel an air of elegance. Helpful staff, printed out a ticket for the long distance coach for me.The early check in worked very well (and was much needed after a long flight.)

The area doesn't feel very safe after dark. In the daytime it's a great place to walk around but I tried to avoid walking alone in this area after dark.

It's a really cute hotel, with quiet and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. It even includes a sauna and laundry service (for additional costs). Great value for money.

Unfortunately, the hotel is located in the worst location. Loads of nightwalkers. I didn't feel safe at night.

Need to improve a lot the bathroom amenities. Maybe in the past it was a "4star boutique&spa" but not at this moment.

The location is the best, everywhere on foot ( Montserrat, la candelaria) right in the middle of city center. But the best is the staff, everyone there is friendly, helpful. The room on the 2nd floor spacious, clean with a very good size bed and comfortable mattress. Nice breakfast choices with a big smile. We recommended!!

As other reviews mentioned, you can hear noises from other rooms, but this wasn’t a big issue as I just used ear plugs.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely. I arrived in the early hours of the morning and they welcomed me and helped me settle in. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is quite central, you can walk to the main tourist attractions.
