As the room was so large it could have had a lounge to sit in and maybe luggage rack.

The view was excellent and the bed comfortable. The staff were pleasant and we were able to get into the room early.

Room was comfortable. However, the bed was not so good. The mattress was very rigid, and actually it was the result of a 2-bed union. Pillows were okay. No kettle, no courtesy coffee/tea. What is the point of having a mini fridge if in every occasion we were not at the room the electricity didn't function? Breakfast was okay-ish. All in all, regular to good.

There was only two elevators which took time, and they don’t have wash clothes.

Close the the Walled City, an Uber ride into the city is around $4.00 USD. The staff did have an English language barrier but they worked with us and we used a translator app which helped a lot.

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, with a lovely ocean view. The staff were friendly, made an effort to communicate in English, and the location was ideal - within walking distance to everything. However, it's worth noting that the area can get noisy at night. Additionally, the pool was a bit of a letdown - it's very small and lacks activities. If you're a pool lover, you might want to consider other options. That being said, I would still recommend this hotel and would stay here again. If you're looking for a peaceful, low-key pool experience or don't plan on using the pool much, then this hotel could be a great fit for you."

The pool was too small, if there were a couple of people in there was no space left, plus there was no bar for a caffe, a drink or at least some water.. There were 3 garbage bins on view, along with a semi dried plant in a pot. You could see -and hear- at least 20 air condition units, along with those of the hotels around. In fact, the whole hotel was noisy from this reason.

Location was good, the room was nice with a beautiful view, the bar on the ground floor was basic but served an excellent Bloody Mary. There is a beach just in front.

One of the windows didn't close properly so it was really warm in the room. Also nobody told us that we can sit on the sun loungers for free so we were coerced to pay every day by the people on the beach, however on the last day we saw some other guests telling them they could sit there without paying.

The location is great, right on the beach and about a 20 minutes taxi drive to the city center.

Corridors are not ventilated or air conditioned, with extreme heating when walking through. Door handle was not functioning correctly, so had to slam the door to close every time.

Room was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a variety of options each day. A very pleasant stay overall.

The cleaning service was not good, the personnel left towels and glasses dirty after “cleaning”. Even de shower floor had a soap sticked to the floor. Also at the arrival time, the front desk lady had to call several times to the other guys who were going to guide us to the room, we waited like 20 minutes after checking in due to that.

The room was neat, space full and had a great view. Most personnel had a good attitude were kind and on top of things specially the breakfast personnel.

Toilet stopped working but we called reception and someone immediately came to fix it. You get a wristband when you come which I guess is for the security staff to know whether you’re a guest or not but it made me feel like I was in a music festival. Staff also checked all facilities before and after our stay (TV, AC, fridge, lights) which I’ve never experienced before. But the positives definitely outweigh the small inconveniences, worth the money!

There are 2 pools and they weren’t busy at all. The breakfast was good and the service excellent during the breakfast. It was a buffet but the staff put everything on your plate which was fine.
