To have coat hangers and nowhere to hang them is ludicrous. Fairly basic rooms and with very poor lighting and no natural light. Having said that, the bathrooms are nice and spacious.

Rancho Eden is an oasis of calm and tranquility, with the added bonus of two (Ranch Eden and Biancos) first-rate restaurants on site. The views, the free-roaming horses, the delightful dog and cat make for a memorable stay.

The place is very nice, with lots of green and fruit trees surrounding the houses. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was simple but with everything you need for your stay. There are two restaurants inside the property, reachable with a short walk. We stayed one night before our flight, it is 5 minutes away from El Eden airport.

Where to start?! This place is truly amazing. Has lovely views, comfortable aircon rooms, hot water showers and very helpful staff. There’s also a swimming pool and an area to chill and hangout. My kids enjoyed also the playground, hammocks and variety of lush and fruit trees.

Regulating the hot water in the shower was difficult and would go cold while showering.

The location was wonderful, ranch style with horses roaming free and a beautiful view. An excellent breakfast was included at the restaurant on the property, reachable through a short walk on a lovely trail.

It would have been nice to have a water filter on the property like at the bar by the pool so we could fill our water bottles. We stayed in room 14, it was a nice view but I think you could definitely improve it by planting some tall shrubs to cover the apartments across the field one day :)

We enjoyed how peaceful it was and seeing the horses grazing the property everyday. The view from the pool was lovely and all in all we loved the atmosphere and the helpful, friendly staff. All the vegetation around us was beautiful and it was so nice to be a short walk away from two fantastic restaurants.

If I had to say one it would be the proximity to the airport but flights stop at 10pm. Also, the hallway lights pour into the room, and we can't turn off the light from the ac, but this is easily resolved if you bring an eye mask.

Loved the location. I stayed in decamaron back in February and I really hated the location. It was so remote I was forced to eat the food at the hotel which was awful ( lazy, poor quality, no fresh juice). I loved this location because once in the grounds you feel remote but you can easily walk to their restaurant or the mall right next door which has a variety restaurants. Also, you really feel like you are at someone's home, the staff was 10 out of 10, so friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

Under facilities it says there is a free shuttle to the airport. We were told that it wasn't available and that the hotel could arrange a trusted taxi. We were shocked when the taxi driver arrived and told us it would cost us more money to drive 5 mins to the airport than it had cost in a taxi to the hotel from Armenia 30 mins the day before. Sad to be scammed on our last day as we rarely had a problem in our 5 week trip around beautiful Columbia. The hotel had thoughtfully provided an alarm system for guests to use for early morning flights etc. Not very thoughtfully ...the previous guest had not adjusted the alarm so we were woken up at 3.30 am . I suggest if you stay you check it on arrival .... as wouldn't want it to happen to anyone else. We sorted it out for the next guest.

It's a beautiful place with fabulous views and is very well cared for. The swimming pool was an additional treat. The balcony with hammock where you could sit and watch the birds was lovely. The lady on reception was pleasant to deal with. We loved the restaurant and the evening meal was one of the best we had in Columbia. Breakfast was great too. We liked being near to the restaurants and shops. It was nice to interact with locals ....the ice-cream shop was amazing too.

What a beautiful place! The rooms, the view, the people, the garden and the horses. I stayed only 2 days to discover the Cocora valley, Filandia and Salento. Eden is 30 min drive from Armenia but only 2km from the airport which made it ideal for me. And don’t worry about the planes flying over the hotel as the airport is so small you will not be bothered by those very few occasions a plane flies over your head.

The only thing was the light outside the door the that lite up the beautiful palms was bright and it was shining into the room so I wish there was a curtain on the door to make the room darker when sleeping

Everything about this hotel was great; beautiful room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff and a perfect location!. Carlos Eduardo was very professional and helpful, he made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

Be aware that the showers have see-through walls.

Great place, the atmosphere is so relaxing. Pool and gym so everything we needed. Had the horses with us at the pool, magical moment.

There were some miscommunications with the staff about what was a service provided by them at no cost and what was additional. They could really be more upfront on that. For example we told them we were going to do some horse back riding and they said they could give us a ride in the shuttle van, which was super helpful. Come to find at check out that was an additional cost. Not a big deal but it would have been nice to know ahead of time. There were a number of little miscommunications like this that at times had me frustrated. I recognize I could have sought clarity too so I’m partially to blame. Also laundry service was available but super expensive as they charged per item washed rather than by load which seemed strange. However none of this detracted from the overall experience, we’d stay again.

This place is really beautiful. It’s also in a great location. It’s tucked away in a quiet location but walking distance from other food and grocery options. It was perfect for our 4 night stay. The grounds themselves were a peaceful place to hang out. Staff was super helpful in making our stay good and helping us make arrangements. The restaurant attached to the hotel is also lovely. Food was fantastic! The animals on property were maybe the best part for us! Luka the dog was great. Not to mention the horses and cat!

The hotel's perfect location amidst nature, yet walking distance to a charming mall with a café, supermarket, and restaurants. Only five minutes from the airport with minimal noise. Spacious, clean rooms, well-maintained facilities. Kids loved the horses and dog. Incredibly helpful, friendly staff. Amazing breakfast (the restaurant were breakfast is served is also great for dinner). Unforgettable experience.

Spotty wifi.

Very nice location very close to airport ( few flights in and first I heard was at 7am when I was already awake). My room was part of a 2 room building. Very clean and with an outdoor shower (protected by large leafy plants). Plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, and good functioning AC. Nice pool with great views. Excellent and friendly staff. Room service for 2 ice cold beers = 4 minutes.
