How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

I know it was specified so I wasn't surprised but it would be nice to have breakfast as the place that was recommended nearby had very slow service. Also, I am not sure if this was temporary but the water in the shower could be warmer! It took a bit of courage to wash my hair... Loud music was played one evening. It wasn't extremely loud and I think it had to do with the acoustics of the building, and again everyone is friendly, but after a long day out at a conference I was looking forward to a bit of tranquillity and rest. It didn't last long or anything, but something to keep in mind.
Moraima, who works in the evenings and mornings is the friendliest and helpful person, it really makes a difference, and she makes sure you are safe, which is important for me as a solo woman traveller (my colleague was sometimes with me but not always). One day I needed an iron and she found one for me. The building is beautiful and very clean. They offer you free coffee in the morning, which is nice. They also have a few snacks and drinks to buy, which is nice given there are no shops nearby.

Not sure if there is the option for a room with TV, however the 207 was not equipped with a tv, thanks for the stay, staff and style the best
The place is really relaxing, if looking for quiet and peaceful place with a cool style and close to airport, this is your place to be.

The smoke alarm blinking light above the bed.
It was walking distance to El Campin stadium, and to restaurants in Chapinero. Near the P500 airport bus route. Quiet location, and the room was really nice, with plants, brick walls.

The timing of the automatic lights in the bathroom area of the triple room need to be adjusted - the light in the shower lasts 15 seconds (too short for a shower/ but the light by the sink seems to last 1 minute (too long if you need to use the bathroom at night!). Just note that this neighborhood is perhaps about a 15-minute walk to the nice restaurants that tourists may want to visit. The water was out (across the city) for about 24 hours, but it would have been nice to get a warning in advance &/or to have a container of water reserved for brushing teeth, etc.
A very cute hotel with a beautiful communal space. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable room. Free coffee and water available in the kitchen. Kitchen access to do light cooking or to store leftovers. We enjoyed our stay!

I didn't like was that the main room lights uses a sensor and stay on for like 5 mins. So if you go to the toilet in the middle of night, you really don't want the light to stay on as you roll back into bed. Also, it got a bit noisy one night at like 4AM with people in the common area talking loudly. Rooms do surround these common/central areas of the hotel so you will hear it. They probs need to manage this.
Staff: Friendly people and made me comfortable! Room/Hotel: This is a lovely hotel. Clean, modern, amazing design and features. Rooms are spacious. Although I didn't use it, there is common area with a great set up for co-working. Value: Amazing value for money! Location: I loved the location right near Chapinero but set in a quiet residential area.

My only negative was that the area felt a little unsafe but perhaps no moreso than anywhere in Bogota.
Such a nice small hotel, lovely bedroom. Staff were so friendly, helpful and lovely. They even let me borrow the reception computer when I needed to do a work thing.

There was nothing here that I didn't like.
I had the pleasure of staying at Quinta Seis Tres during my visit to Bogotá, and it was a great experience. Entering the hotel, I was immediately greeted by the friendly and welcoming staff. Their warmth and attentiveness set a positive tone for my entire stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was more than happy to provide information about the local area, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable with a pleasant ambiance. As someone who works remotely, I appreciated the ample workspace in the common areas. Whether I wanted to unwind with a book or catch up on work, there was a comfortable spot. My time at Quinta Seis Tres was enjoyable. The friendly staff, clean accommodations, comfortable bed, and well-designed spaces for both relaxation and work made for a memorable stay. I would highly recommend Quinta Seis Tres to anyone visiting Bogotá, whether for business or leisure. I look forward to returning in the future.

It was really cold, common spaces are outside which is not perfect when you need to work remotely from there. There was no hot water.
The property is in good condition, quite neighborhood.

Good facility but had no heating in rooms, luke warm water and no safes for personal belongings. Says staff speak English but that is not the case.
Decent location and close to downtown Chapinero.

Everything. The design is amazing and well planned. They have sensor lights so if you want to go to bed and some want to get up to turn the light off you don't have to. Very cleans and peaceful and the location is very central.
Absolutely everything. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly. They ensured I had everything I needed and then some. The atmosphere of this please is to die for. You feel an immediate sense of relaxation the moment you walk inside the place. Truly amazing ❤️
