Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MexicoWe chose this hotel because it was located close to the port where our vehicle would arrive via ship, so therefore we didn't mind that it was located in an industrial area. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with great beds and an excellent shower. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, even arranging a tour to the National Aviary for us as we waited four days for our vehicle to arrive. The only disappointments were that neither of the two jacuzzi tubs were working and that the restaurant had very limited choice, as many of the items on the menu were unavailable.
