I felt the Villa’s and general buildings could do with a lick of paint just to freshen up the hotel.

We loved the staff. They were very friendly. The food was very nice also. The location on the beach was beautiful also.

Check-in was a bit frustrating. Although it was scheduled for 3pm, none of the guests, including ourselves, were able to access their rooms on time as they were still being prepared. We decided to upgrade to the presidential suite to treat ourselves to enjoy a more relaxing experience. Unfortunately, when we finally got into the room, we found a cockroach on the sofa, which we had to remove ourselves. There was also no shower head initially, though the staff were responsive and provided one when asked. That said, the replacement shower head released algae, and I ended up cleaning it myself. While the setting and potential of the property are fantastic, some of the service and cleanliness aspects need improvement to match the experience you expect—especially at the suite level.

The property is in a stunning location, offering fantastic views of both the sea and the city of Cartagena. The complimentary morning yoga sessions were a lovely touch and a great way to start the day.

The service is a little slow, the menu has some errors, the room decorations are nice but I found the bathroom a little uncomfortable to shower. I found the bed a little too soft bc I prefer an orthopedic mattress. I expected more music and food and drink available during night, the bar and restaurant closed at 10PM

Not so English speaking friendly. Difficult transportation arrangements with boat. No way to buy necessities on site. Was told it was dangerous to walk 15 mins to island store. I didn't test this which was a little unsettling as a tourist. Has a slightly weird vibe with people selling jewelery etc a little too aggressively..it was fun but I wouldn't go back here a second time.

Food was just ok. Communication wasn't the best. When you book you speak with one whatsapp account. Then another for transportation. Then another when on property. Which was fine but they tried to charge me for the transportation I had already prepaid. Then needed me to show proof of payment to a different account. It would be better to have either 1 account or the ability to reference payments because if I hadn't caught it I would've been charged twice. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location Nice property Friendly staff Property was beautiful with lots of different details Dogs running everywhere. I liked them but just something to be aware of. The room grew on me. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had good water pressure and hot water for showers.

We are so happy with this resort! Super good service (especially Valentina in the reception!). Food was good and for a good price! Beach is super nice and the over all vibe was better that we expected. Can reccomend this place!

Really nice place to relax and enjoy the beach just a few steps from your room, the privacy make the experience even better in comparison with other beaches. Staff is very kind! Cons: Food is not that great for the price. There are some inconsistencies with the pictures you see at the app and the actual room. Extra charges for a “night party” we didn’t even attend, happening the last night before leaving, and staff wasn’t able to resolve the question.

Like: The location and the food are amazing (there are vegan options but not so many), the beach is nice and there are fishes you can see, so it's very clean and quiet. There are electrical plugs on the beach. There are many options to have fun or to relax. The breakfast included has many options. Dislike: the food is a little bit pricey and sometimes they have long waiting times after ordering. The WiFi signal was not very good in my room. The boat to the island was charged (out of Booking) to me before my arrival to the hotel, but they had the option to charge in the hotel, so it seems there was a miscommunication among the staff.

The water in tap and shower was just a trickle . We managed and did inform the staff about it but no comeback . No mobile data where our room was and the hotels WiFi was patchy but we did manage . The breakfast was very small with limited fruit for 2 people .

The staff were kind and helpful. There was a wedding and this really took over all the areas so we just stayed in our room as there really wasn’t anywhere we could be .

I think the food was a bit pricey, but the quality was really good. Also, the hotel is quite new, but you can tell some things might need a renovation soon.

I liked the service, the staff was always attentive -we stayed during weekdays-, the food was really good, the bungalow was fantastic, not too crowded with local sellers. In general, it was a great experience.
