Really good vibe in an amazing spot. Staff were friendly and a great way to meet other travellers.

This is my third time. Love Orlando & co. The owners. But it's a beautiful house, turned into a hostel, so it can get crowded. Best time to be there is off season. A+.

Maybe the pillows were a bit too flat and the mattress was hard and noisy, but i still had great night of sleep

It was interesting to be hosted in what used to be a luxurious local house. It was very enjoyable and made the stay very unique. I also had a great time and the staff was always present to make sur everything was fine. They were genuine people and heartfelt people, I definitely would have stayed longer

Be aware that the private rooms are really basic (no window and small) but due the price its fair.

Wow, the staff is really friendly and makes you feel like home!! We liked the location. Its a calm and a local area. Its easy to reach other areas with public transfer.

The hostel is beautiful and clean and it has a big kitchen and a nice community area. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood, everything you need is quite close.

First of all is the neighborhood, Laureles is perfect for walking. It could be called El Jardin (The Garden) it's that beautiful and warm, often with a cool breeze. The location of the hostel is convenient to shops, restaurants and cafes.

Nice, friendly hostel. Very comfortable dorms. Good common areas. And, I was so happy to find 123Wok Asian food restaurant a very short, safe walk from the hostel.

Our private 2 person room didn't have a window, so it got very hot at night. Luckily there's a fan in the room, but if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this room because of that. The shower didn't always get warm, but I feel like that's a thing in all ho(s)tels in Colombia. If you take a shower early in the morning, it does get warm.

Perfect location and super friendly staff. The hostel is peaceful and the staff makes sure it stays that way, which is nice. The kitchen is huge and has everything you need to cook a decent meal. The bathroom is also spacious and everything is very clean! I felt very at home here.

Best hostel in 7 months backpacking: - location: in a calm street in a great fun neighborhood, and the hostel is right in front of a police station... so super calm, super safe - The bathroom attached to the room I was in was huge and had a shower and a jacuzzi like bathtub. Kitchen fairly well equipped, common area available, Orlando the manager is a super cool dude speaking perfect English. Hostel super calm at night. It really deserves nothing but love. Awesome value for its money

The WiFi was terrible for working remotely and having meetings. I lost 3 meetings and then had to go to the nearby grocery store to work the rest of my time there. Luckily the grocery store has great wifi and lots of cafes and tables to sit at, but I do not recommend for digital nomads looking for consistent connection :(

The hostel is very chill, the staff is super nice and helpful, it’s in a good location - very safe! Everything was clean and the kitchen has lots of good amenities.

Wifi isn't working well in the courtyard. Lockers only in the courtyard. Only one toilet. I didn't feel safe walking back at night from the nearest metro station, Floresta (for the first 20 minutes of walk, then it becomes safe). Better to step out at Estadio, even if it is further away.

The structure is excellent, high quality, looks like a good rated hotel. Extremely polite host. Wonderful toilet (but only 1 available). Safe neighborhood, even at night, with a mall at 5 minutes. Possible to do laundry (20k for a small basket). Free instant coffee in the morning. Very nice courtyard with hammocks.

The fact that after 10 PM it was not very quiet. The first night it sounded like cleaning was going on. The second night the TV and or music as not turned off at 10 PM. It was in more to 11 PM. The guy snoring in the hammock under the window/door to my room.

The friendly staff and the people staying there. The staff was very helpful and when they could not answer a question they asked another staff member.

Only one bathroom upstairs for the large dorms. So could they increase that.

Staff the night man especially . Clean . Quiet area affluent part of the city so safe. Large kitchen area which was very clean and trash bins which were emptied regularly.

This property is absolutely stunning, with round-the-clock security. I stayed in a room with a balcony and it was delightful to wake up to the sound of birds singing in the morning. The staff went above and beyond my expectations, and this hostel is not a place for partying, but rather a perfect spot to network, be productive, and have a great time while in Medellin. I truly cherished my stay here and will always think of this place as my second home whenever I visit Medellin.

Absolutely flawless experience! The proprietors and staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, consistently available to offer valuable recommendations for making the most of your stay in Medellin. The hostel boasts an impeccable level of cleanliness, and the kitchen is hands down the best-equipped I've ever encountered in a hostel. The location is equally superb, perfectly situated in the Laureles neighborhood.

This is the best hostel in Medellin if you're looking for somewhere a bit relaxed but still a nice social atmosphere in a perfect location, 2 minute walk to supermarket, atm, bus to get to the metro, malls, in a quiet and safe area! The facilities are 11/10, the best equipped kitchen I've found in a very long time, great showers, the beds and pillows are comfortable, nice hang out area. These are just the basic niceties of this hostel. The staff here is even more of a plus, John, Andreas, Catarin & other John are the most lovely and helpful people, this place really feels like a home. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏🏾

I checked out 2 nights early as the beds are ridiculously uncomfortable! I have travelled around the world and these were quite unbearable. This is also not a problem but might be something to consider it you are a solo traveller- lots of people stay here long term so it was difficult to meet anyone. Also there was a broken window in my room which let in loads of mosquitoes.

This place has a lot to offer. The location is great and the staff are very friendly. Hot water and good WiFi too!
