Noise can be an issue because of the open vent system in each room, which carries sounds directly from the corridors. Without the ability to close or control the vents, you can often hear what's happening nearby, including people watching TV. The good news is that most guests quiet down after 10:30 PM.

This is a great hotel in an excellent location, with superb facilities and everything you could possibly need. The room was spacious, clean, and offered fantastic views. I particularly loved the comfortable bed and hot shower, and there was plenty of wardrobe space, making my stay incredibly comfortable.

Nothing can be done about this, but the only reason for reducing its rating score was the noise coming from the streets below. This is due to loud cars, motorcycles, late-night party buses (returning to 70th Street, one block away). Lastly, this hotel also happens to be directly under a nearby airport, and all departing flights go right over the building.

Located in the Laureles neighborhood, this hotel offered great value and good facilities.

The bed was like semi broken, was good but it seems like abused, and there was some lighting issue that we reported but didn't get fixed.

The view, the room space, you got restaurant, pharmacys, super and minimarket very close, just be mindful there's a church also very close so the bells will kick in early in the morning

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed and easy to get around. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

There was no hot water on the first day, but it was fixed, and hot shower was available for the next and remainder days. Asked for a toaster, but alas not available.

Newer building, super clean, convenient location for transport (short and pleasant walk to metro station, or plenty of Uber drivers in vicinity for a quick pickup), large grocery store across the street, music and nightlife a few blocks away. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Asked and was promptly provided for extra kitchenware like a frying pan for eggs. Pretty functional kitchen with a gas stove and fridge. Nice garden balcony with a decent view, street scene below and the mountains far off.

The Catholic church bells ringing 5 times per day M-Sat and 7 times on Sundays. Very loud and obnoxious, and I am Catholic.

Great location for me, not on La 70 but close enough to walk to it. Many fine little restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Executive and King Suites are nice and roomy, can cook in the room if desired, refrigerator perfect size (not small), bathrooms with good sink space, showers roomy. Washer/Dryer available. Loved it all.

It is ridiculous for the hotel to not allow adult guests into the rooms when they have proper IDENTIFICATION . These people were a married professional couple with identification. Stupid rule. I am a doctor and the husband wanted me to do a quick exam on him to see if he needed to be hospitalized. The front desk refused. Absolutely ridiculous rule. And I have stayed at this hotel several times.

We had 2 days water leakage and the kitchen was full of water on the floor. We couldn't use the kitchen for those days. Everything else was excellent.

A comfortable room but without any amenities; you can request everything at the reception. Unfortunately, it's a bit noisy due to the church across the street – loud bells ring several times a day. The location is near an entertainment street, but it's quiet and peaceful at night.

The bathroom is feeling like you're in the hallway.everyone knows when you're taking a shower or used to the toilet. Also, some of the rooms are very noise from outside life
