The restaurant closes early; in the future, it would be nice if the service lasted longer.

New hotel in a great location in el Poblado, away from all the noise and hustle of the area, but close to everything. Comfortable modern domotic rooms, beautiful design and atmosphere. The staff and the manager Adriano were super nice and attentive and quickly solved a little issue i had with my room. I even got a complimentary delicious breakfast.

We liked the app based key system and 'Alexa' voice system too but it might be challenging for those who are not that much into the digital world.

We liked the smart hotel concept, 'Alexa' voice system work well. The room was well equipped, nice and clean. The breakfast was also good and fast served for us. The location was close to everything that we wanted to visit and there was a big shopping mall nearby too.

No complaints! We had a great stay

Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Bed was comfortable. The room was not large but was cozy and quite well designed. Loved that lights, window shades and air conditioning were voice controlled! Highly recommend selecting a rate that includes breakfast at the onsite restaurant. The food there is excellent! Many good restaurants in easy walking distance from the hotel.

I had an excellent stay. The room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and spacious I never felt cramped. I was also pleasantly surprised by the smart home features; everything from the lighting to the curtains could be controlled easily from a panel, which was a great touch. Overall, a modern and comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

Spacious, spotless room, comfortable beds, exceptional shower! Lovely personnel, pleasant breakfast room. Being at the edge of the Poblado neighbourhood, it was quiet, but still a short walk to the metro station and to the heart of the action. Many excellent cafes and restaurants within blocks!

Only one thing. When I showered for an average amount of time the bathroom lights automatically turned off too soon. I didn't really mind.

I love how it is an unassuming hotel and so attracts people with more humility and real appreciation. Overall it is perfect and in a great location. I reccommend the rooms with a jacuzzi tub.

Quiet and comforable was what I was looking for and got exactly that. On the edge of Poblado but a stones throw for loads of restaurants. Easy walk in either direction to the Metro and to Provenza, no more than 20 mins to either. Didn't try the food just because of all the options available in the area. Bed is comfortable, the smart functions of the room are very easy and you have physical controls as well if you don't fancy that, so don't be put off by it. Shower is great as well and room is always clean I'd definitely stay again.

Breakfast didnt have much choices, we had a vegan with us and she had to order from the main menu and pay for the breakfast which is fine, but we already had the breakfast included in our booking. So it just needs to have at least one choice for vegan clients. Other than that it was delicious

Everything was beyond our expectations, very beautiful hotel, we appreciated the fact that it was a smart hotel, everything could be controlled from the phone, from the lightning to the AC, to opening the door. The staff was adorable and present, they clearly explained everything that we needed to know.

We didn't like the breakfast so much. The eggs were undercooked, the bread came from the freezer and was still very cold in the middle. The smoothies were not very tasty and had loads of added sugar. The staff was very kind though and compensated us.

Wonderful hotel. Newly built and super clean. The rooms are beautiful and sound-proof unlike many other hotels in El Poblado. Location is great, close to many restaurants and cafés. Staff is very kind. You get a smart room with Alexa.

The rooms should come with a hairdryer as standard - you can borrow one from reception but it would have been nice to have one in the room to use throughout our stay

Automatic lights in bathroom on entry. If you need to visit in the night, the lights can be a little bright. No Breakfast included, which i knew when I booked, but for the price should have been included.

Check in was great, and front desk helped rectify a mistake I had made on the booking with a mix up on dates. The room was fully automated via Alexa and was comfortable.

There was only one chair and it was a bit weird. Only one suitcase could fit in the wardrobe. There was only one mirror in the bathroom despite it being a large room. We booked the jacuzzi room so we’d have more space. If you are not a tech savvy person you won’t like this property. The room key is through their app/your phone and the room is controlled by Alexa or the remote. We arrived late and found this annoying but got used to it. If you book the hotel transfer from the airport through the hotel and want to pay by credit card, you will be charged more than quoted due to due “credit fees” - better to go with uber.

The staff were friendly. Security was good, it was clean, big comfortable bed. It seemed the property was fairly new and the neighbourhood felt safe. If you are a techy type person, you’ll like this hotel. Wifi door security, Alexa room controls. In the breakfast restaurant in the hotel, Katerina was so sweet and helpful with our Spanish. Go to Bihao restaurant across the street for dinner - amazing!!
