ArubaThis is my third time at this hotel, and I really do enjoy it there a lot. The hotel staff are exceptional, very attentive, and caring. I always feel welcome there and very safe. It is worth the price you are paying. The location is also great. Even in the busy streets nearby you can still relax really well at this hotel because in the rooms you can not hear any outside noise. I will surely return in the future. Thank you for everything!

Close to a big multi-story mall where you can find anything from currency exchange to restaurants. I liked the hotels restaurant and and bar. My room was very quiet as I asked for and had good view

Puerto RicoFirst the minor things: The hotel is so clean and sleek that it is STERILE. It is devoid of soul. The lobby area although pretty is..... void. Is empty. Has no life. Pictures will show pretty stuff around the areas, but reality is that these are scarcely placed among an empty void of sadness. Rooms, are very good and much better. Now the Meh things: STAFF. They are uptight, condescending and lack people skills. None of them were rude, or inattentive -- they all did their job, but never a smile, never a 'good morning', never a 'how you are enjoying your stay'. A smile goes a long way. Now the BAD things: I wrote to the hotel 2 weeks, then 1 week, then 2 days before my arrival stating that it was my wife's 50th birthday, that happened to be around Valentines as well and I wanted to have a detail of some sort on the room, like flowers or candy... No one answered the first 2 attempts. Even worse, the third one they DID answer and said they would take care of it. Nothing happened, Lilliana Monroig!! Never got a call, or any detail, or any apology. In fact, I took upon myself to find a local store that delivered The Goods and left clear instructions for hotel staff to place it so when I arrived back in the afternoon the surprise was there... Guess what: They did not do a thing. I had to go to front desk, ask for my stuff and they gave it to me unapologetically. Management staff at this place sucks, badly. So TLDR: If you like Self Service Hotels where you do not need to interact at all with staff, this is a perfect, sterile, soulless but clean, safe, well kept property worth the price.
The hotel is very clean, probably among the cleanest I've ever been in my life. The hotel is modern looking, perhaps, too modern. Breakfast buffet was very nice, including freshly made coffee and and chef making egg-stuff to order with bountiful of ingredients. Lots of fresh fruits and juices. The staff at the breakfast area, the cleaning ladies, and my driver Willman (?) were the BEST!

United StatesMedellín is a place known for good eats and low prices. The hotel restaurant prices are in my opinion ridiculous. I had breakfast one day at the hotel and it cost more than what I paid for lunch with beers for three people in a restaurant elsewhere. One night we got in and I was considering room service until I saw that a chicken sandwich cost over 12 dollars. I ended up ordering delivery for 16 dollars with gratuity included (for 2). I know it's a nice hotel and hotel food is usually costly but in a city with so many options why would I overpay?
Hotel is very nice, very clean and staff were very welcoming.
